Shipping: We will send your package under 48 hours from the moment your order has been received. For both Courier Company delivery or the Locker services a notification will be sent to the customer when the order has been received under their services
Return/Refund: A refund will be eligible for them items purchased within 14 days (ע”פ חוק הגנת הצרכן) or receiving the package and still in their original packaging.
