Shipping: We will send your package under 48 hours from the moment your order has been received. For both Courier Company delivery or the Locker services a notification will be sent to the customer when the order has been received under their services
Return/Refund: A refund will be eligible for them items purchased within 14 days (ע”פ חוק הגנת הצרכן) or receiving the package and still in their original packaging. The price the user paid for the item (whether it was on sale or not) is the price that will be refunded (minus shipping fees + 5% of the item’s current purchase value). The customer can physically return it or pay the shipping fee to send the parcel to us. The refund will be issued to the same credit card provided (once the package received & confirmed of its return condition). For cash transactions, a bank transfer will be made. It is not possible to credit direct cards and postal cards, therefore the owners of those type of cards will receive a store credit (for infinite amount of time)
