Shipping Policy
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for order processing, verification, production and additional business days for delivery based upon delivery method picked upon payment. Business days are from Sunday – Thursday. Every order made after 12:00 PM GMT+2 will not be considered as a business day.
Once parcels are collected from our studio they are then property of the respective shipping partner.
It is possible that you may have to pay import duties, costumes and/or taxes to the country to which your items are delivered to. Such further payments are not our responsibility. Please note that costumes policies vary from country to country. For further information, please contact your local costumes office.
We are legally not responsible for lost of damaged goods. Please ensure shipping confirmation details are kept securely in case further investigation is required.
